One of the largest longitudinal studies of talent, leadership and HR challenges and readiness around the world. Data from more than 3300 business and individuals in 106 countries.

Survey respondents were asked to review the most important human capital challenges facing their organizations, then assess their readiness to meet them. The authors then created a capability gap analysis to measure the difference between an issue’s importance and the organization’s ability to address it.
