A McKinsey trained CHRO in a 2000 person, rapidly growing division of a large, international company leads a successful redefining of HR’s corporate role: shedding traditional responsibilities in compensation, leadership development, and conflict resolution, in order to build a new model around empowering managers to manage better and employees at all levels to resolve their own conflicts.
